BRIEF BIO:

Mary Gertrude "Gertrude" FULLER was born 9 Apr 1868 [I believe the headstone has an error on it] at Piqua, Miami, Ohio to Herbert FULLER and Caroline "Callie" STEWART.  She had one brother, Albert E. Fuller.  Gertrude married Josiah Elmer Morrison in 1877.  They homesteaded a ranch at Callaway, Custer, Nebraska, and raised four children:  Herbert Leon "Lee" Morrison, Charles Almont Morrison, Percy Donald Morrison, and Helen Virginia Morrison.  Gertrude's husband, Joe, died 17 Dec 1923 at Callaway, and is buried there.  Gertrude lived alone for many years, then moved to California to live with her daughter Helen.  In her last years she lived in the Masonic home in Plattsmouth, Cass county, Nebraska.  She lived to be 100 years old.
