45th Annual Gerking Family Reunion & Picnic

On Sunday, August 11, 2002, descendants of John Gerking and Rachael Rice Gerking will meet for the 45th Annual Gerking Family Reunion Picnic, to be held at Linn County, Oregon's Sunnyside County Park. Hostesses for the 45th Annual Gerking Reunion are Lyndel Fullen and her mother, Betty Van Meter. We're very grateful for their offer to host this reunion and for the work they've put in to make it successful.

Lyndel and Betty have chosen Sunnyside County Park near Sweet Home in Linn County as our reunion site this year.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. at Sunnyside's Group Picnic Shelter #1.

Please feel free to pass this invitation on to other family members, especially those without email or web access.

Family Historian Janelle Jackson has put together a program on family research that promises to be fascinating to everyone in attendance. She will also show a video, "Time Machine Family Tree," which was put together by The History Channel and Genealogy.com.

Come and meet family you don't know, get re-acquainted with those you used to know, or just take the chance for a relaxed chat with family you see every day. In the process learn a little more about your extended family.

We need YOU & YOUR ideas, so we hope to see YOU there.
