David Slade [1] had 5 children:

3/ John b. 22/01/1640, he married Grace, they had a daughter named Thomasin
4/ Thomasin b. 18/06/1637
5/ Edith b. 21/02/1634
David Slade [1] died in 1668 and left a Will, dated 16/06/1668
Richard Slade married 08/04/1673 Jane in Winfrith [1650 - 14/11/1718] both were buried in Winfrith Newburgh.
They had 5 children:
1/ John b. 1674, he married Margaret Smith on 25/09/1694 in Coombe Keynes
2/ David [2] 1675 - 1732 he was married on 13/07/1696 to Mary Collins [ 1675 - 1737 ] of West Lulworth
3/ Edith b. 26/12/1677 d. 1731 she married Henry Flagg on 14/07/1698
4/ George 27/03/1679 - 1722, he married Mary
5/ Jane b. 28/05/1682 , she married Henry Samways
David Slade [2] and Mary had 3 daughters:
1/ Jane b. 1698 she married Charles Meadon on 25/02/1717 in Winfrith
2/ Mary 1705 - 1771. she married William Clavell [6] 01/05/1721 in Winfrith
3/ Edith [dob unknown] d. 1712

STEVENS
Richard Stevens [1] born about 1710 was married on 21/04/1743 to Mary Ireland [ 1720 – 1791] in Cattistock near Dorchester
They had 5 children:
1/ James, 1745- 1798 he was married on 19/04/1762 in Puncknowle Dorset to Joan Boatswain of Swyre, they had 2 children. He was buried 12/03/1798 in Stourpaine
2/ Lucy, b. about 1747 she married Abel Brown, a collar maker from Litton Cheney, they had 4 children
3/ Grace, b. 25/10/1750
4/ Richard [2] 11/04/1757 - 1813. bapt. All Saints Church Dorchester on 13/04/1758.
5/ John, 1760 – 1816 married Mary Hansford on 23/07/1797 in Litton Cheney, she was the daughter of James & Elizabeth Hansford of Puncknowle.
Richard Stevens [2] was married in Buckland Ripers, Dorset on 08/07/1777 to Jane Clavell [she was the daughter of William Clavell and Jane Kaines ]
They lived at Druce Farm, Puddletown.
With his brother John they owned and
leased properties which were later inherited by their son James.
Richard left a Will dated as written in 1808 [ see wills list ]
Jane and Richard Stevens had 3 children:
1/ Martha Bewnell born 17/10/1778 in Buckland Ripers near Weymouth, Dorset
She was married 04/12/1799 in Puddletown to Robert Tripp. Martha died in December 1836, she was buried on 10/01/1837 in Kensal Green Cemetery.
2/ James b. 14/05/1780
3/ Ann about 1785 – 1816
After Jane died Richard married Jane Penny on 05/11/1789 in Portesham Dorset, she died in 1810
He was buried 01/02/1813 in Puncknowle beside his first wife
Richard left a Will dated as written in 1808 [ see wills list ]
Jane and Richard Stevens had 3 children:
