A growing number of Overmyer descendants, spearheaded by Bruce Hansen,
are putting together a 2009 National John George Overmyer Family
Reunion.
Back in 1905 our forebears' organized a reunion
with chapters
in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana has been selected to host this historic event, July 2009.
Please click the link above to keep up to date on progress. Let us know if you'd like to help.
Family reunions are a great way to preserve the
legacy of American family life that we have inherited from our noble
ancestors.
Help preserve that legacy. . . let's meet in
2009!
This is a Grass Roots Effort so
please help spread the word
