Bradshaw Family Genealogy

I've been adding more and more names and families on here and slowly its all taking shape. One name I'm happy to add is that of Benedict Arnold, the infamous Revolutionary general who tried to betray West Point to the British. Some of his children settled in Ontario, Canada and his great-granddaughter married into one of my families. She was also a direct descendant of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk, whose granddaughter, Ann Boleyn became the second wife of Henry VIII. I will eventually have about one thousand pages on this website when it is completed.

Also, this website will eventually list the several hundred surnames that I have researched and continue to study.

Some of the primary names I am looking for are:

As a side note, I've added a Guestbook, so you can leave comments. Let me know if you are connected to any of the families or individuals on these pages. Also, if you see any errors, let me know!

Regards,

Chris Bradshaw

Also I've started adding Family Trees showing all the descendants of some of my ancestors. The first five are:

Family Tree of Samuel TRIM (1769-1822) of Holsworthy, Devon, England.

Family Tree of John SMITH (1770-1833) of Rosedale, North Yorkshire, England.

Family Tree of William Husband SEARLE (1801-1880) of Tywardreath, Cornwall, England.

Family Tree of Thomas BRADSHAW (1805-1850), of Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.

Family Tree of Thomas WEBSTER (1781-1857), of Wexford, Ireland.

More to come.

One of the projects I am working on is a listing of Durham County Ontario Genealogy Records. This is just scratching the surface of what will be added to this page. So far, there is just a listing of some of census and assessment records with links to the Hope Township Assessments online. Obviously any suggestions would be most welcome.
