Born: 08Dec1882 on Losey Creek, Tioga Co., PA.  Son of (16) Chauncey King Palmer and Jane Cloos

Died: 12Sep1955

Married: Lulu M. Shaw  (1884-18Jul1976) on 15Apr1908

He grew up in Middlebury Township, attended Mansfield Normal School and Valpariso University in Indiana.  He was a school teacher and also owned and operated a farm in Middlebury Tp.  Later in life he became active in a farm insurance company retiring as its president.  Mr. Palmer was active in the Grange, Methodist Church, and community affairs.
