Old Matanuska Townsite Lot Sales 1916
Matanuska Townsite /Junction

A July 1916 issue of the Deseret News, in Salt Lake, Utah, described Matanuska Junction:
"About 60 lots at Matanuska Townsite on the U.S. Railroad branch into the Matanuska Coal Fields were sold on July 26th.
