Benjamin's will was proved May 2,1737.  The estate was valued at £395, a sizable amount for the time.

Abigail was a second cousin of Benjamin, daughter of Henry and Anne (Knight) Jaques and a sister of his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Jaques.  At her death the administration of her estate was granted to her son Benjamin.
