Jeffrey's made their return of having done the same Ordered that the hands under Jordan Hill, James Murfree, Charles Darnall, Osborn Jeffreys, Ephraim Conyers, John Elliot, Joseph Wright, & John Richards Overseers for the Purpose of Opening the Said Road, & that the several Overseers work their hands Agreeable to the Appointment of Said Terrell-- ----- Ordered that he Collector pay Seth Mabry Esqr. four Pounds one Shilling for a Jurors ticket Granted to Robt. Hightower from the Superior Court of Hallifax & by sd. Mabry recd. & by Accident Destroy'd. ----- Ordered that Elias Nelm have Administration on the Estate of Joseph Nunn decd. who entered into Bond in the sum of one Hundred Pounds with Edwd.
