Stephen Hamolin attorneys of Edd Addenbrooke, Thomas Harrison and Wm
Mansfield of London for 12000 lb tobo for future paymt.

Ordered that Nich Jenkind servt to mr War Horsmonden shall continue and
serve w'th his sd master untill he have completed and c-ed the time
according to his fathers act under his hand and seale binding him for
9 yeares, and at experacon thereof to be released

Abstract.  Wm Lambson having confessed Judgt to Wm Bird for 420 lb tobo
is ordered to pay.

January the 25th 1656 then recd upon the accot of mr Thomas Drewe three
bills of exchange of the day and date abovesd wherein mr Thomas Stegge
becomes debtor the sume of sixtie nine pounds two shillings and tenn
pence to the sd Arthur Bayly the bills being drawn on mr John Bird of
London, so that mr Thomas Drewe is fully discharged of all Debts and
accts to Arthur Bayly, as witnes my hand the sd day and yeare above
