These are to confirm whom it may conserne that the house of Thomas Sorby[?] in the parish
of Southwark in the County of Surry in Virginia being in the Northern part of America in the
west Indinos and in the Dionos of John Lord Bishop of London Is designed to be fore Apart 
and Appointed for A place of Religious Worshipe for protestant desentors from the Church
of England calling themselves Baptissors as Wittness our hands this sixth day of May Anno
Domoni 1717.
