Know ye that I ye aforesd Murfrey have for a valuable consideration
afrondy-Rerd.[?] hand bargained Abomated and Changed with ye Daniell
Noliboy Jun of ye Isl of Wight County a p'cill of Land Containing one
hundred Acres for two hundred more or leSs, his hundred Acres Beginnig
at a mEked pine standing off ye mouth of a Small branch, which runnese
nrt up the Widdow [?] Swamp running up the sd. Lind to a mEked pine 
running South east, croSsing ye Land of mr Tho: Bombridge thenc[?] 
se[?] to a mEked pine a corner frod joyning upon John Askew sor. runing
 North a croSsing ye Moddon[?] swamp to a mEked poine a corner frod
sor. running hal fo a mile S.west to the first Station, which said
Land is p't of a p'cell of Land which I bought fo Rich: Reynolds, &
Confirmed by him and his wife in Court the which sd. Land: I ye sd.
Wm. Murfrey together with my wife ffrancis doe warr.tt the sd. Land
unto ye above sd. Dan: Noliboy JunE. his hierEs ExerEs. admE: and
ASsignes for Ever.  To have & to hold with all rights & priviledges
houSes on hand and apurtenances Thereunto belonging or apertaining,
And further I ye sd. Murfrey my heirE: ExerE: & ASsignes doe warr:tt
to keepe and defend the sd Noliboy JunE. harmleSs from any pson or 
psons whatSoever that shall Lay Claim title or Intrest on this said
