Norfolk, Here[by?] alienated, bargained & Sold, and by theSe pSents
fully, Clearly, & absolutely, grant, EnfroSs[?] and Confirm, unto 
Alexander Murfey of the same County, his heires, Excrs, Admrs & ASsigns
a Certain tract or pcell of land, being pte of a Patent of 196 acres,
beLonging to the said AlexSander Gwin, being in Tanners[?] Creek &
Lying On the South EaSt of the said Patent, begining at a Mark'd Holly,
runing weSterly to a Marked Gum

Alexander Murfree, with all my rights title & Interest thereunto
belonging, to the proper uSe & Behalfe of the said AlexSander Murfree,

selfe my heires, Excrs, or any other pson or psons, that shall be any
Claim to the Said and by from or under me, them or any of those shall
