Murphy, 8 Dec 2000] I Charles Murphy do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I give and bequeath to my son Charles A. Murphy two hundred dollars and my rifleGun, 2nd I give and bequeath to my son John S. Murphy's children one hundred and fifty dollars 3rd I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Frances Ann Johnson fifty dollars 4th I give and bequeath to my Grand Son William Alexander Everett Sansberry my Saddle and Bridle. 5th I give and bequeath to my two Daughters Eliza S. Sansberry and Francis Elizabeth Griffith all the balance of my property and effects to be equally divided between them. 6th and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my Son Charles A.
