To Charles A. Murphey, Francis A. Johnson, William A.E. Sansberry, Eliza
J. Sansberry & Francis A. Griffith & B.B. Griffith & W.A. Alexander Guardian
for John S. Murphey's children, all legatees of Charles Murphey Deceased.
I will at my office in the town of Columbia on the 20th day of October 1854
proceed to state an account of the Estate of Charles Murphey Decd. with
Charles A. Murphey his Executor, at which time and place as parties in interest
you and each you are notified to attend, from day to day with proof and 
except to or approve the same if not said account as to you will be stated
exparte.  WitneSs John B. Padgett Clerk of Maury, County  court at office
this 9th day of October 1854.

I have this 20th October 1854 Stated an account of the Estate of Charles
Murphey Deceased, with his Executori[?] Charles A. Murphey which is in

I report that Charles A. Murphey, Francis E. wife of B.B. Griffith, Eliza S. Sansberry,
W.A.E. Sansberry, F.A. Johnston, and Andrew J. John J. & Francis A. Murphey the
children of John S. Murphey & who are minors and for whom William A. Alexander
is appointed Guardian, are the only Legatees & distributees of Charles Murphy[sic]
Deceased as appears from his will, and that they have all had notice as the law directs
of the time and place of calling Accounts as the Law directs.  I further report that 
Eliza S. Sansberry & Francis E. Griffith wife of B.B. Griffith are the residuary Legatees
of said Deceased and that they have been paid as appears from said Accounts.  I
also report that W.A.E. Sansberry has been paid the specific left him in the will of said
Deceased. 	Respectfully Submitted
