Murphy, 14 Mar 2001] Murphy from Caldwell Know all Men by these Presents that I James Caldwell for and in Consideration of the sum of Sixteen Pounds to me in hand paid by James Murphy do by these Presents make over & Confirm to the sd. Murphy one sill & Worm Three cows now in the PoSseSsion of the said Caldwell which effetct to the said Murphy I do make Over against my Heirs & every other Person whatsoever, and if the said Debt shall be paid before June 1768, Then this bill sale to be void.
