Book B, page 42    JOHN ERWIN's Trust Deed for 100 acres of land lying
on the waters of Rock Creek and executed to him by DANIEL L. CAMPBELL for the
benefit of WILLIAM B. MURPHY and received in office and recorded 22nd
November 1837.  I, DANIEL L. CAMPBELL, have sold to JOHN ERWIN for the sum
of one dollar for the following property, viz, 100 acres of land in Marshall
County lying on the waters of West Rock Creek and adjoining DURHAM COLLINS'
corner and JOHN B. FOWLER's line, also one sorrel horse four head of cattle,
forty five head of geese, 10 head of stock hogs, two walnut bedsteads, two
beds and furniture, one walnut chest, one trunk, one washing tubs, two
pails, one set of fire dogs, one fire shovel and several other listed items.
