5th Aug., 1729.
To son John, ½ (50 A.) of plan. .
To son Edward, other half of sd. plan. Murfey's Hazard. Sons to be of 
age at 21; when son John arrives at age the Vestry of St. George's 
Parish to appoint 2 men to divide sd. land. Shd. either son die without 
issue, sd. pt. or whole to fall to next hr., and so from hr. to hr., 
without sale, forever.
To wife Mary, extx., 1/3 personal estate, residue to child. equally.
