Bird, Thomas: Est. -20 April, 1689.  Bacon, Nathaniel, Esq., Pres. of his
Majestie's Councill, of Virginia, whereas Thomas Bird, deceased, in his will
appointed his Relict, Mary, his Exrx. of his will, who being married to George
Nicholson be at a court 5 January, 1688, made suit that a Probate on the will
be granted to him, and this authority was given in request of his said wife,
