Murphey Will Probated Aug 6th 1894 I make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made. First. I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts together with my funeral expenses out of the first money that may come into his hands after my death. 2nd. I give and devise to my daughter Emily M. Murphey fifty acres of land off of the South East corner of my place. Said fifty acres to include the dwelling house, stables, crib [or crik] and spring. Also one sorrel horse two years old, one Brown filly Eighteen months old, one muly cow, one feather bed and bed clothes, all the chains and tables cooking stove and vessels belonging thereto, one wash kettle, four pork hogs one black sow and seven pigs, twenty bushels of wheat, twenty five barrels of corn. 2nd [sic] I direct my Executor to sell all the remainder of my estate, Real and personal property according to law. 3rd I give and beqeath [sic] to my son Z.A. Murphey One Hundred Dollars. 4th I give and bequeath to my Daughter M.J.[or I.] Walker one hundred Dollars. 5th I give and bequeath to my Daughter P.[or D.] L. McKissick One hundred dollars. 6th I direct the remainder of my estate to be equally divided between all of my children except Emily M. who is not to share in this gift. And if any one of my children should become dissatisfied with this will and institute a suit at law, said heir or heirs are not allowed by me to have anything whatever, And I hereby nominate and appoint W.D.
