    In the name of God Amen I Thomas Hanks of the Parish of North Nibley in the County of Gloucestershire Cardmaker being of perfect mind and memory Do make this my Last will and testament in manner following that is today first I will and Direct that all my Inst Debts furnall expenciess Shall be Paid and Discharged out of my Personall Effects? 

    Also I give and divide all that Cottage or Tenement or house and garden ground there unto belonging situate lying and being in a fild called Slades in North Nibley in the Countey of Gloucestershire now in the Occupation of my tenant Dannall Webbe 
    I give the above named house and all thare unto belonging to My Sister Hana Hanks and all that Other Cottage or teneman and garden adjoying to the above named and all thare unto belonging now in my Occupation to My Sister Hana Hanks And I Do hereby nominate Constitute and apoint My Sister Hana Hanks Executor or Exectris of this My Last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all formen and Other wills by me at any time and Do Declare this to be my Last will and testament Given and in my hand and Seal this

    The within named Hannah Hanks Sister and Executrise was Duly sworn Befor Me  Jas Benson Chanc. 
    This Will was proved the 11th Day of June in the Year of our Lord 1770--Before the worshipfull James Benson Doctor of Laws Vicar General in Spiritual of the Right Reverend Father in God William by Divine permission Lord--Bishop of the Diocese of Gloucester and of his Episcopal Consistory Official principal Lawfully constitued By Hannah Hanks Sister and Executive ?? to whom ?? having first Sworn well and faithfully to administer to the said Will and also to Exhibit an Inventory and rendor an account ?.

    In the Name of God Amen - I Betty Hanks of the Parish of North Nibley in the County of Gloucester Spinster being in health of Body and of sound desposing mind and memory (Blessed be Almightly God for the same) considering the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time thereof do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say) I Give and Bequeath unto my Sister Hannah Hanks all my waring apparel and all my Goods and Personal Estate of What nature kind or sort so over and make my said Sister Sole Executrise of this my last Will and Testament she paying my Funeral Expenses thereout In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Nineteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven
