Glenn M. Preston, 81, of Thelma, died Thursday, Aug. 26, at his
residence.
  
Born Aug. 20, 1929, in Johnson County, he was the son of the late
Arthur and Hazel Dixon Preston. He was a contractor and a member of the
Eastside Freewill Baptist Church.
  
Survivors include his wife, Reba M. Eisnaugle Preston of Thelma; two
daughters, Sharon Butcher and Linda Childers, both of Thelma; two
brothers, Johnny Preston and Lloyd Lemaster, both of Fairborn, Ohio;
three sisters, Cotton Morgan, Ruby Williams and Cornea Stephens, all of
Fairborn; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 28, at Eastside Freewill Baptist
Church, with Harry Frisby and Roger Thornsbury officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
