Christina Puckett, 81, of Paintsville, died Monday, Feb. 1.
Born Sept. 8, 1928, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late John
and Ida Price Castle. She was a nurse at Paul B. Hall Medical Center.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Puckett.
Funeral services were Thursday, Feb. 4, at Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with
Leroy Auxier officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
