PHILLIP DAVID RATLIFF

Phillip David Ratliff, 48, died Wednesday, July 21 in Paul B. Hall Medical
Center.
  
Mr. Ratliff was born December 27, 1944 in Johnson County, the son of
Robert and Neva Centers Ratliff. He was a laborer.
   
Surviving are his parents; one son, Jay Ratliff of Syracuse, IN; one
daughter, Debbie Preston of Paintsville; two brothers, Robert Ratliff of
West Van Lear and Dwight Ratliff of Auxier; two sisters, Kay Burchett and
Tournia Murray, both of Paintsville and four grandchildren. Funeral
services were held Friday, July 23 in Rockhouse Freewill Baptist Church at
Staffordsville, with Richard Williams and Herb Arms officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
  
Pallbearers were Keith Fairchild, Ronnie Dunn, James Sparks, Nick Ratliff,
Brent Murray, Teddy Burchett, Tommy Baldridge, Bryan Ratliff, Mark
Ratliff, Eddie Ratliff and Todd Ratliff.
