Clyde Stapleton Horne was raised by John & Minerva Horne. Clyde's birth parents were Marion and Julia Vanhoose
Stapleton. Julia and Minerva Ellen were sisters. Julia fell ill while carrying Clyde and realized
that she would soon die and didn't want her child be born (Clyde) and go without a mother,
when Clyde was three days old she gave him to her sister Minerva to raise. Per John Blair May 2009
