This Cemetery is about One-Mile Up Bear Hollow, East Point, KY,
It May Also Be Known As The "MOLES CEMETERY"
The cemetary That Bud
Lilly and his mother and father is located about one mile up bear holler. I havent
been there for probably 40 years . I hope its still there. The Property used to
belong to Jimmy Dean Tackett, then his ex-wife Quanita.. I think it was sold to
Taylor Price. Then bought by a land holding company after his bankruptcy. On this
same farm is located a Blackburn Family Cemetery. And when you find the Cemetery
where Bud Lilly is buried,,, there is a Grave or two on the same ridge back toward
the holler. I remember these graves cause a child was buried there and a house was
built around the grave. The little toys and red wagon was inside that house to be
viewed through the windows. It was never vandalized during my growing up days on
that holler but I,m sure times have changed and the house is no longer over the
grave.
