David Lynn "Dave" Blair, 59, of Staffordsville, died Wednesday, June
4, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
  
Born Oct. 25, 1948, in Johnson County, he was a son of Rushie
Fairchild Hannah of Staffordsville, and the late Wayne Blair. He was
a general laborer.
  
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Glennis Hannah and
Jackie Carol Hannah.
  
Additional survivors include a son, Douglas Wayne Blair of
Staffordsville; a daughter, Elizabeth Michelle Hackworth of
Vanceburg; four brothers, Randall Hannah and Delbert Hannah, both of
Paintsville, Darrell Hannah and Ron Ratliff, both of Staffordsville;
two sisters, Bonnie Sexton and Joyce Fairchild, both of Paintsville;
and a grandchild.
  
Funeral services were Friday, June 6, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Donald Ray Caudill and Terry Lykins
officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
