Bessie Nichols Branham, 65, died Thursday, April 9, in Paul B. Hall
Regional Medical Center.
  
Mrs. Branham was born September 13, 1921, in Martin County, the
daughter of Fred and Harriet Shell Nichols.
  
Surviving are her husband, Luther Branham; one daughter, Kathy
Phillips, of Tomahawk; one brother, Woodrow Nichols, of Columbus; and
two grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were held Sunday, April 12, in Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Woodrow Sexton and Johnny Sammons officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
  
Her nephews served as pallbearers.
