KERMIT GROVER COOK
1943-2015
   
Kermit Grover Cook age 71 died Feb. 20, 2015. He was born on April 12, 1943
to the late Walter and Maude Cook.
   
Kermit is survived by one son John C. Cook of Meally, KY, two daughters Janie
Daniel of Boons Camp, KY, and Regina Williams.
  
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday Feb. 21 at the Preston Funeral
Home.
  
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Sunday Feb. 22 at the Preston Funeral
Home Chapel with Dewey M. Mullins and David A. Baldwin officiating.
  
Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville,
KY.
