NEVA OSBORNE

Sixty-five-year old Neva Evans Osborne died in a local hospital on
August 18 after suffering a two-day illness.
  
Services were conducted August 20 in the Paintsville United Baptist
Church by Arnold Reed, Buell Ferguson and Everette Slone.
  
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park, with the Preston Funeral
Home in charge.
  
Mrs. Osborne, whose husband preceded her in death in 1966, was born in
Keaton to the late George and Nettie Rose Evans.  She lived in Flat
Gap for the past 14 years and belonged to the United Baptist Church.
  
Surviving are a son from Flat Gap, Wendell Osborne; one daughter,
Jeanine Blair of Fairborn, Ohio; a sister from Keaton, Mrs. J.T.
Bailey, and two grandchildren, Sharyn and Karen Osborne.
  
Her nephews served as pallbearers.
