Challie H. Patrick, 83, of Paintsville, died January 20, 5:00 p.m.
at the Kings Daughters Hospital, Ashland.
Born December 17, 1882 to the late Charles M. and Sarah Rice
Patrick in Johnson County, he was married to Lora Mayo Patrick.
Survivors include his wife and four daughters, Mrs. L. W. Clark of
Ashland; Mrs. Mary Alice Wellington of Lexington, Mrs. Vaught
Strater of Ashland; and Mrs. J. D. Wells of Indianapolis, Ind.;
two sons, Howard Patrick of Paintsville and Jack Patrick of
Ashland.
Also surviving are Russell Patrick of California, a brother and
Mrs. George Metcalf of Lexington, a sister.
Services were held at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Sunday,
January 23, 10:00 a.m. with Rev. David Ross officiating. Burial
was held in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville.
