Bobby Perkins, 57, of Van Lear, died Monday, Nov. 17, at Pikeville Medical
Center.
  
Born Aug. 21, 1957, in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Frank and
Ruby Ramey Perkins.
  
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Larry, William Hayes and
Charles Perkins; and a sister, Irene.
  
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Perkins; a daughter, Kayla Fitchpatrick of
Paintsville; two brothers, Jimmy Perkins of Wabash, Ind., and Roger Perkins
of Morgan, Ga.; four sisters, Sue Steele of Wabash, Sheila Jefferson and
Dorothy Ratliff, both of Oconee, Ga., and Lisa Vanhoose of Pikeville; and 13
grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Friday, Nov. 21, at Van Lear Enterprise Baptist Church,
with Roger Hill officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.
