Patricia Gail Ratliff Middleton Perkins, 59, of Paintsville, died
Friday, Oct. 30, at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
  
Born July 27, 1950, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the
late Everett and Ruby Daniels Ratliff Daniels. She was a homemaker.
  
She was also preceded in death by a son, Samuel Ratliff; a step-son,
Dennis Edward Perkins; and a sister, Phyllis Ann Daniels.
  
Survivors include her husband, George Edward Perkins of Paintsville;
a son, James Richard Middleton of Trent, Ga.; a step-daughter, Lora
Louise Sammons of Thelma; six brothers, Samuel Lee Ratliff and
Raymond Daniels, both of Paintsville, Fred Ratliff and Vencil
Ratliff, both of West Van Lear, James Daniels of Staffordsville and
Danny Daniels of Wittensville; a sister, Joyce Hughes of Tampa, Fla.;
seven step-grandchildren; and a step-great grandchild.
  
Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 2, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, with Gale Music and Ronnie Spriggs officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
