KENNETH M. PRESTON
1933-1994
   
Nippa resident, Kenneth M. Preston, 60, died Tuesday, May 24 at U. K.
Medical Center.
 
Mr. Preston was born July 3, 1933, in Johnson County, the son of the late
Garland and Mary Elizabeth Johnson Preston.
  
He was retired from A. T. & T. and a veteran of the Air Force.
  
He was preceded in death by one son, Brent Preston, and two sisters, Helen
Ramey Hoover and Juanita Adams.
  
Surviving are one daughter, Debbie Burton of Paintsville; one brother,
Kermit Preston of Flatwoods; three sisters, Libby Step of Bellefonte,
Dorothy Eisnaugle of Galion, OH and Ruby Barker of California; and one
step granddaughter, Allisa Dawn Burton.
  
Funeral services were held Friday, May 27 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with James Kelly Caudill and Ellis Hamilton officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
