Danny William Pugh, 76, of Paintsville, died Saturday, March 29, at his
residence.
  
Born Feb. 28, 1938, at Paintsville, he was the son of the late Daniel
William and Ester Marie Travis Pugh. He was the retired owner/operator of
Castle’s Jewelry.
  
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Castle Pugh; three sons, David W. Pugh
and Douglas W. Pugh, both of Paintsville, and Darrell W. Pugh of Pikeville;
two sisters, Charlene Williams of Flat Gap and Judy Blake of Fresno,
Calif.; and six grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Tuesday, April 1, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home
Chapel, with John Hatten officiating.
 
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.
