BARBARA SUE QUILLEN
1943-2014
   
Barbara Sue Quillen, age 70, of Stambaugh, KY; passed away Sunday, March
16th, 2014 at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY.
   
She was born November 25th 1943 in Letcher County, KY. She is the daughter
of the late Flem and Elizabeth Osborne. Barbara was a retired nurse of 27
years at the Johnson County Health Department.
   
She is survived by her husband, George Quillen of Stambaugh, KY; one
daughter, Paula Sue Johnson of Stambaugh, KY; three step-sons; David R.
Quillen of Stambaugh, KY; Scott G. Quillen and James L. Quillen both of
Somerset, KY; three nieces, 6 step-grandchildren and several great
grandchildren also survive.
  
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 19th, in the
Tom’s Creek Free Will Baptist Church with James Kelly Caudill officiating.
  
Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville,
KY.
  
Friends may call the Jones-Preston Funeral Home 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Monday, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday. The body will be taken to the
Tom’s Creek Free Will Baptist at Noon on Wednesday until time of service at
1:00 p.m.
