Frankie A. Daniels Ratliff, 90, of Mt. Sterling, died Friday, Jan. 10, at
St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling.
   
Born Dec. 17, 1923, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late
Elmer and Nancy Cassidy Daniels. She was a homemaker.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Ratliff.
  
Survivors include two sons, Gary Ratliff of Thelma and Larry Ratliff of Mt.
Sterling; a brother, Harold Lloyd Daniels of Ironton, Ohio; four
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 13, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, with B. Joe Hill officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
