VIRGINIA REXRODE

Mrs. Virginia Dills Rexrode, former Paintsville resident, died
January 11 in the Green Cross Hospital in Akron Ohio after a four
week illness.
She was the daughter of the late Bascom and Ada Rule Helton and
was a sister of Greenville Helton of this city. Mrs. Rexrode had
lived in Akron, Ohio for several years and was a beautician. She
was widely known in Johnson County.
She was first married to Jess Dills who died many years ago.
Surviving besides her husband are one daughter Neval Preston of 29
palms, Calif., two grandsons and the following brothers and
sisters, Lura Williams, Staffordsville; Jane Griffith, Akron,
Ohio; Priscilla Burchett, Akron, Ohio, Lucinda Barnett, Ashland,
Ky., Kelse Helton, Staffordsville and Greenville Helton.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 15 in the
chapel of the Paintsville Funeral home.
Burial was in Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
