Ruth Salyer, 92, of Staffordsville, died Thursday, Jan. 3, at Paul B.
Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
  
Born Jan. 3, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Addison M. and Cora
Rice Salyer. She was a retired librarian.
  
Survivors include two sisters, Bethel Lowe of Lexington and Pauline
Blair of Staffordsville.
  
Funeral services were Sunday, Jan. 6, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Pastors Donnie Patrick and James McKenzie
officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Paintsville Funeral Home.
