William David “Bill” Setser, 65, of Prestonsburg, died Thursday, Feb. 13.
  
Born March 23, 1948, he was the son of the late Cleetis and Kathleen
Setser. He worked for Columbia Gas, and was a U.S. Army veteran and member
of the Masonic Lodge #723 of Prestonsburg.
  
Survivors include his wife, Donna Warrens Setser; a daughter, Melissas
Stussie of Balitmore, Md.; two sons, William Setser of Florence, S.C., and
David Setser of Prestonsburg; a step-son, Phillip Castle of St. George,
Utah; a step-daughter, Melisa Peppi of Prestonsburg; and 10 grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 17, at Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, with
Rick Kelly officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Martin.
