Anna Louise Williams Sherman, 94, died Thursday, Nov. 20, in Ridgeland, Miss.
   
Born Aug. 12, 1920, in Floyd County, she was the daughter of the late Powell
and Malta Stambaugh Williams. She was a homemaker.
   
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Bake” Sherman; a
brother, Powell Williams Jr.; and two sisters, Nina Williams and Minnie
Stricklen.
  
Funeral services were Sunday, Nov. 23, at First Christian Church, with Wesley
Stedtefeld officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
