Lowell Ed Spencer, 68, of Paintsville, died Sunday, Feb. 22, at his
residence.

Born Jan. 31, 1941, at Paintsville, he was the son of the late George
and Mildred Davis Spencer. He was an attorney and a U.S. Army
veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Billie Jane Hughes Spencer of
Paintsville; two brothers, David Spencer of Martin and Steve Spencer
of Auxier; and four sisters, Janice Houston of Hager Hill, Diana
Barnes of Winchester, and Beatrice Sergent and Penny Fairchild, both
of Paintsville.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 26, at Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel, with Bob Varney officiating.

Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones- Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
