PAUL BAILEY
1929-1988
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 19, for Paul W. Bailey, 58.
Mr. Bailey was born July 27, 1929 in Johnson County, the son of Wallace
and Erie Ferguson Bailey.
He was the plant supervisor at Foothills Telephone Company for 32 years
and was a member of Flat Gap Baptist Church. Surviving are his mother,
his wife, Gay Stapleton Bailey; one daughter, Mrs. Ben "Paulinda" Cox of
Staffordsville; two sisters, Della Jean Ferguson and Anna Lee Bailey,
both of Keaton and two grandchildren. Officiating ar services in Flat Gap
Baptist Church were Harold Salyers and Bill Roberts.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with Jones-
Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were employees of the Foothills Telephone Company.
