OTIS BALDRIDGE
1928-1989
Wittensville resident ,Otis Baldridge, 60, died Saturday ,
August 5,1989 in Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center.
Mr Baldridge was born September 18, 1928 in Floyd County,
the son Sam and Lucy Tackett Baldridge; one step son, Tommy
Johnston, of Wittensville; two daughters, Trixian Lively of
Jamestown, Tennessee and Trina Baldridge of Wittensville;
three sisters, Audrey Pierce, of Paintsville and Pauline
Salyer and Phyllis Byrd both of Dayton Ohio; and three
grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 8, 1989 in Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel with James Kelly Caudill, Dick
Vanhoose and Bill Meadows officiating .
Burial was in Highlands Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
