ROXIE BALDWIN
1904-1986
Paintsville resident Roxie C. Baldwin, 82, died November 25 in Paul B. Hall
Regional Medical Center. She was born September 18, 1904 in Morgan County,
the daughter of Thomas and Rose Davis. She was a member of the Freewill
Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Buster Baldwin, four sons, Billy Ray Wells, of
Killen, AL, Ernest R. Wells of Philadelphia, PA, Clarence Baldwin of Bay St.
Louis, MI, and James Baldwin of Paintsville, one daughter, Mary Francis Crisp
of Martin; a half sister, Hattie McIntyre, of Viper, KY; ten grandchildren
and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 28 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Richard Williams and Lowell Pelphrey officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
