Charles "Chuck" Fredrick Banks, 40, of Van Lear, died Friday, Aug.
11, 2006 at his residence.
Born Feb. 14, 1966, in Johnson County, he was a son of William P.
Banks and Shelbie Dean. He was a musician.
Additional survivors include a son, Devland Banks of
Staffordsville; a daughter, Emily Banks of Florida; a brother,
Levi Banks of Morehead; and two sisters, Paula Webb of Morehead,
and Jammie Mandola of Jeffersonville.
Funeral services were Monday, Aug. 14, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Chapel Chapel, Paintsville.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville,
under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
