TED BAYES
1913-1992
   
Ted Bayes, 78, died Sunday, February 28. in Paul B. Hall Regional Medical
Center.
  
Mr. Bayes was born June 16, 1913 in Johnson County, the son of Charlie and
Charlotte Vencil Bayes. He was the owner and operator of a service
station.
  
Surviving are his wife, Virginia (Virgie) Blanton Bayes, one son, Gerald
Bayes of Staffordsville; two brothers, Wendell Bayes of Frankfort and
Harold Bayes of Gratis, OH; one sister, Geneva Williams of Circleville,
OH; and one granddaughter and one great grandson.
  
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 25 in Preston Funeral Home
with Dick VanHoose and Toby Wheeler officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
