WILLIAM SHERMAN BAYES

William Sherman Bayes, 78, of Paintsville, died Friday, July 14,
2006 at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington.
Born Oct. 24, 1927, he was a son of the late Sam and Edna Collins
Bayes. He was a secondary education school teacher.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma June Conley Bayes of
Paintsville; two brothers, Carl Bayes and Charles Bayes, both of
Forest, Ohio; and a sister, Thelma Ruth Lester of Denver.
Funeral services were Monday, July 17, at Oil Springs United
Methodist Church, Oil Springs, with Rev. John Back officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
