Howard (Hub) Billiter, 80, of East Point, died Monday, Aug.09,
2004 at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Born March 23, 1924, in Pike County, he was a son of the late Ben
and Jettie Ford Billiter.
Survivors include his wife, Mabel Blair Billiter; two daughters,
Janice Castle of Oil Springs and Joyce Meek of Riceville; three
sons, Danny Billiter of East Point, David Billiter of Pikeville,
and Jimmy Billiter of Atlanta, Ga.; two sisters, Aretta Collins of
Ashland and Shelby Damron of Stanton; nine grandchildren; and five
great- grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday, Aug. 12, at Phelps & Son Funeral
Home with Ellis Hamilton, Donald Ray Caudill, Joe Jenkins and
Herbert Arms officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
