Charles Landon Bingham, 68, of Williamsport, died Monday, July 3,
2006 at his residence.
Born Jan. 2, 1938, in Pike County, he was a son of the late James
H. and Ocie Powell Bingham. He was a coal miner.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Hull Bingham of
Williamsport; four sons, Clinton A. Hull of Caledonia, Ohio, Bruce
Bingham of Marengo, Ohio, Robert Bingham of LaPaz, Ind., and
Howard James Bingham of Williamsport; two daughters, Barbara
Rutherford of Waldo, Ohio, and Tammy Ulsh of Caledonia; a sister,
Eloise Cochran of North Carolina; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today, Friday, July 7, at Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville, with Wayne Field and Ed
Stepp officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
